Bench Day

Took it easy today,I am tweaking my bench setup a bit again,I still need to get more leg drive.I did 5 speed sets and then worked up to 80kg on the bar, real easy.Did 2 worthless sets of skullcrushers next and then chins.I hit a pretty mean double with 30kg strapped to my waist.Still had a bit in the tank too!!

Bench Day 3/12/08
Speed Bench 5x2 from 50-60kg 2x1 80kg
Skullcrushers 2x5 30kg (just awful LOL)
Chins 2x2 BW+25kg (PR) BW +30kg (PR)

I wasnt planning on any heavy chins but cos I was fresh from the easy session things were feeling real easy!! so for shits n giggles I thought why not see how much I could do!!

LOL I dont mind Dub, Im sitting at about 86-88kg after a good carbup,my weight fluctuates alot when carbs get real low.Thats down about4-5kg since I started manipulating carbs etc.

Actually that reminds me I will do a bit of a fatloss update soon,to show where I started at and where I am now.

Thanks fellas.

Cool, you're right around where I'm at. I need to start adjusting my diet. The fat is starting to pile up a bit. Some quick estimations last night lead me to believe I'm in the 16-17% bf range right now... A little high for my likings. What kind of diet have you been following?
