Great deal and a good find Hopper ! Squats are look HUGE !

Last I look we could pick up plates for .55c a pound (olympic plates). If shipping wasn't so expensive it would be worth it for you guys to buy over here.

Bench Day

I am so behind!! I did 3s this week for bench, my setup is coming along great I feel alot tighter and stronger in this setup.I did a few heavy singles at the end cos next week is a deload.I do wanna give the 5/3/1 a proper go in the future tho.I did some dumbell presses next,the plan was to do standing press but my soulders was bothering me a bit so I decided against it.Finished with some tate presses and then some heavy ass dumbell rows.

Bench day 12/2/09
Bench 3x3 75kg,80kg,85kg 2x1 95kg
Dumbell Presses 2x6 35kg
Tate Press 3x12 15kg ea
Dumbell Rows 2x6 45kg ea

DE Squat Day

Waved back to 50% on squats this week,speed was great,I cant wait for my next band phase!! Finished with Pullthrus and Russian Twists, these fuckers are tough.I like them tho I'll keep them in for a while.

DE Squat Day 13/2/09
Box Squat @ 50% 10x2 70kg
Pullthrus 3x10 131kg
Russian Twist 4x10 20kg

ME Squat Day (Deload)

Dragged the sled today,went pretty heavy and probably shouldnt have!! cos its been a couple weeks between sessions due to extreme heat.Just did a few sets of abs next with some band GMs real easy day.

ME Squat Day 16/2/09
Sled 75kg 4Trips 40kg 4 Trips
WOD BW+5kg 3x12
Band GM 2xBlues 3x12

Just did 2 sets of incline bells today.Man I suck at these.I will keep em in and try get a bit stronger on em I think.Did 3 sets of Tate presses next and some real heavy chins.Hit a PR there I think.

Bench Day 18/2/09
Incline Dumbell Press 2x6 25kg
Tate Press 3x10 16kg
Chins Doubles Up To 31.25kg (PR)
