Haha thx Dub

GPP 12/5/09

Got into my suit twice LOL fucking hell this thing is tight.I know I'll be able to hit depth with the straps down but with them up, jeez I dont know!! my hips are all marked up and so are my shoulders and traps. Is this shit normal? LOL

With the straps up it fells like the suit wants to push my knees forward too, and I feel like I cant sit back into the squat, maybe I need to try it with a heavy bar on my back tho, dunno, I am not sure how its supposed to feel though.

Went for a 20 min walk too and shot a few hoops after.

If it's decently tight, then it should take more than 1 person to get it off. You shouldn't be able to hit depth without a lot of weight on the bar if your straps are up. You definitely have to learn to be able to sit back very well.

Dude, don't send it back for a bigger size...I was just reading your post on the previous page. You just need to learn how to put it on.

If you didn't send it back already, then I'll give you some tips for getting your gear on. It's not too bad when you learn how to do it. If it's not tight, then there is no point in lifting equipped. There is a possibility that it's too tight (I doubt it), but give it another shot with some instruction.

Yeah cool, thats what the supplier said, he actually believes I could go a size smaller!!I will keep it, I can get it on in 5 mins now and off by myself in 30secs,I found doing lunges in it with BW is enough to get it to slide up with my slip ons.Its a normal stance squatter so I may need to bring my stance in a tad but not too much.Straps up I could hardly breathe first off! Good times.

If it only takes 5 min, then it's too loose!

The easiest way to get it on is to walk up to the power rack with a bar at chest level. Have someone wrap your front straps around the bar a couple of times and then have them hold on. Then you just sit into the suit with your body weight. Turn around & do the same with the back straps and you should be able to get seated in them.

Is your shirt open back?

I would rather it too loose at this stage, the thing is so fucking tight it hurts as is, no way I am gonna ty squeeze my fat ass in a smaller one.Fuck it, at least I have some lee way in getting bigger/fatter BW.

Shirt is not open backed, will try get it on tonight as its bench day.Wish me luck, will put up vids regardless if I get it on.

What gear and sizes do you have I forget!!!

I just borrow some of my buddies' mis-matched gear...I've used a bench shirt a couple of times just for something different, but I have no plans to lift equipped in the near future.

Try to get the sleeves of the shirt on first. Thumbs up, not palms up. Have someone stand with their back to your back and let them try to hold the shirt. Then you can push against them. Make a throwing motion, hinging at the elbow...like you're throwing darts. After you get the shirt on, it's good to wear a belt so that it keeps the shirt in place. You want it pulled down as much as possible. When you lay down on the bench and get your arch, right before you lift have someone pull your belt down low so you're not constricted. I've gotta run...let me know how it goes.
