ME Squat Day

Squatted 366lbs today for a pretty sweet PR, started with extra wide box squats and then removed the box and went with a slightly more normal stance.Threw the suit on and did 2 very awkward singles with 170kg on the bar, I damn near fell over backwards. Not loving this suit right now!! Did a few sets of lunges next and some kneeling squats.Finished up and a couple hours and 2 meals later I did abs and lower back.Great day.
