Light Day (yep Im late again!)

Felt really lethargic all day, just flat and no energy, and it showed when I hit the gym.Missed reps all over the shop on press, worse than last week I also missed 2 reps on deadlifts, thats when I knew I was real tired,I should of nailed 5 on that weight.I waited about 2 mins and pulled the 2 reps I missed.I think I was still tired from Monday.I was still sore too.

Light day 18/12/07
Squat 2x5 70kg
Press 2x5,4,4,3,2
Deadlift 1x3,2 132.5kg

On the good side of things Ive finished work for 3 weeks holidays.

Howdy guys

Had a bit of a tough day today, squats were real heavy, I did 3x5 and then 4x3 to get all my reps in,really trying to keep my feet down as Eric pointed out the toes tend to lift as I descend.Hit the last 3 sets with the belt on just to make sure I was forcing my gut out as much as I could.Nailed my bench reps, fucking sweet although they were real hard on the last few reps I got em.I went up in weight for 10x3 on chins too.

Stress Day 24/12/07
Squat 3x5,3,3,3,3 97.5kg
Bench 5x5 77.5kg
Chin 10x3 BW+8.75kg

Overall a good day, hoping to get my squats next week.Gonna hit up KFC tonight for a bit of chicken grease
