RE Bench Day

Solid day today, my rh forearm was a little bit sore and caused some issues so I cut it one set short. Anyways floor pressed again for 5s, I think I’ll stick with 5s for speed work too from now on, I never felt much from 3s with speed work. Did my Militaries next, still being super cautious with these, my low back hates them if I have to strain with them. Staying well away from failure for now. Did my tri extensions next which had my elbows screaming so I cut it short and did a shitload of rows, much better!

RE Bench Day 22/5/10

Floor Press POR
4x5 82.5kg

Military Press
2x6,7 35kg

Skullcrusher
? sore

DC Rows
6x8-10 up to 80kg
