Gender: | DE Bench Day Had a good session today, Im a little tired due to late nights and early mornings, but I feel pretty good.I have lowered my carb intake a bit and Im eating more fats, I feel good, much more energy, I used to sometimes feel sluggish, I think it was all the carbs! Anywho Bench felt good, nice and fast I am enjoying the DE work ATM.After that I moved onto Press, I was gonna do a semi easy 3x3 but on my 1st set of 3 I repulled a muscle in my chest (I hurt it pretty bad last week on this exercise) so I stopped immediately and moved to my tricep work. Some skullcrushers and then hammer grip dumbell floor press.Awesome.Finished off with dumbell rows and some pulldowns with a 2 second pause so I could really contract my upper back. DE Bench day 24/5/08 Bench 8x3 50kg Press 1x3 45kg Skullcrushers 3x8 20kg 25kg 27.5kg Dumbell Hammer Grip Floor Press 3x10,8,8 27.5kg Dumbell rows 3x10 27.5kg Hammer Grip Pulldowns 2x10 70kg 80kg |

| Hey Hops, Congrats on the PR's dude! That's a big Deadlift record mate. Ten KG in one go is sweet. Keep up the good work! Also, I've noticed you don't count the bar in your lifts? Why is that, and what does your bar actually weigh? For accuracy's sake, I'd say include it as well. Cheers bro, Jeff |

Gender: | Sometimes you just have to go for the PR. I know I do the same thing from time to time so don't worry about it. No one here will criticize you for that ![]() |
