Ah, everybody is getting that book. I think I might also.

I'm going to do reverse hyper extensions. And more core work. I'll be doing planks also. I might do normal hyper extensions. I've just been doing the major lifts lately...and nothing else. I want to add more to my workouts.

I love the sled drag idea.

My idea was to workout with a partner by using a car in neutral and take turns pushing/steering it around a parking lot. This seems more practical lol.

ME Bench day

Another CGBP PR today but man was it a grinder!! made 102.5kg only just tho!! This is only 1kg lower than my best Bench so thats cool. On to 3 board press next,I think I used too much weight cos last week the log book said 90kg 3x3 but I loaded 95kg and hit 4,3,3!! I was sure I did 95kg last week but I guess I was wrong, at least I didnt lose reps , I gained one. Moved to some chin clusters next, I did 3 sets of 2 with 15 secs between "sets" so it was 6 reps per miniset repeated 4 times= 24 reps with probablya 6rm, not bad at all, I cannot begin to describe how utterly pumped this made my upperbody, arms measured in at over 16.5" with a pump, I wish they would stay that big Finished with rope pressdowns and cable row supersets.Awesome day.

ME Bench 18/6/08
CGBP 1x1 92.5kg 102.5kg (PR) ,95kg, 97.5kg
3 Board Press 1x4, 2x3 95kg
Chin Clusters BW+10kg total of 24 reps
Tri rope pressdown 3x10 35kg
Cable Row 2x12 75kg 1x10 85kg
