ME Bench day

Though I would max on decline for the 1st time today, things went pretty well, I worked up to 102.5kg on the bar but couldnt go any furthur cos my spotters had to go!! I did a few more heavy singles after my max. Felt pretty good I macguyvered up the decline bench but it wasnt too steep because I had no where to lock my feet under and I didnt want to slide off!!.All up I was happy to hit the max I did because I really couldnt use any leg drive.Moved to hammer grip incline dumbell press next which totally smoked my tris I added a little pause at the bottom, pretty cool.Finished with some heavy chins and some bent laterals.I hate laterals.

ME Bench Day 9/7/08
Decline 1x1 100kg,102.5kg, 92.5kg 3x1 97.5kg
Incline Dumbell Press 3x7 20kg
Chins 3x3 BW+20kg & 2x8 BW
Bent Laterals

Nice to see the sled dragging in here. I'm up to 11 minutes so far, and just hit a huge deadlift PR which tells me just how beneficial they really are when I'm 22 lbs lighter LOL.

Great work!
