Grand total = 70 lbs

"Many coaches and athletes don't believe in the benefits of GPP at all. Who are the worst offenders? Bodybuilders and powerlifters are by far the worst!. They feel that all they have to do is train the main lifts to get strong. This is why so many of them are out of shape." - Dave Tate

GPP 22/7/08

Dragged sled in grass for some interval style training today.Shit smashed me up pretty good too.Had 55kg on the sled and pulled for 1 min on and 1min off.Meaning I pulled it for 1 min then unhooked and walked for 1 min, I managed 7 or 8 trips before my legs said NOOOOO more! Great stuff.

ME Bench day

Had a good one again, did floor press for ME,Worked my way up to 102.5kg and missed it!! I was pissed but I adjusted my grip inwards and FUCKING smashed it for a 5lb PR.Did some singles after at various weights.I think I should of added 5 more lbs now that I looked at the tape and tried for 105kg.I did 4 sets of dumbell presses next, 2 at normal drip and 2 at hammer grip.Finished with heavy chins.Gonna rotate chins out next cycle for pullups or hammer grip chins.

ME Bench Day 23/7/08
Floor Press 1x1 90kg, 102.5kg (PR),2x1 95kg 1x1 97.5kg 2x1 100kg
DB Bench 2 Grips 4x6-8 30kg
Chins 4x3BW+ 22.5kg BW 2x7 for backoff sets

I think I'll rotate ME exercises every 2 weeks now, especially for bench days.
