So in some good, well fucking great news I found a supplier for powerlifting gear in Melbourne, I also got the number of someone who is putting on a meet over here soon.I have a titan centurion squat suit and a Fury bench shirt on the way, with wraps and slip ons as well.Gonna compete hopefully sometime this year.

Very cool. That will take some time to learn the gear. Are you going to have someone to train with that can teach you?

Nope all I got is the internet!! and one of the kids or my wife to help me in and out of the shirt and suit!! Thats why I aint gonna rush into a comp, I'll do it when I "know" how to use the gear so I guess my plan is to not have a plan!!

All else fails Melbourne is only an hour away by plane for me, I could probs hook up a few training sessions in with the guy who is supplying the gear.

^^^ That would be a great idea. It will be extremely difficult to learn without 1 on 1 instruction & it will take a while. Can't wait till you get to enjoy the pain of wearing gear.

ME Squat Day

Pulled sumo today.Slow sluggish workout, felt shit, probs not recovered from DE bench day.Still nailed a PR of 410lbs, cool, it wasnt super hard but my ass shot up too fast and my back started to round. Not horribly but it wasnt the prettiest lift.Supp work followed did some heavy rowing and the usual bizo.

ME Squat Day 4/5/09
Sumo Deadlift 3x1 155kg,165kg,177.5kg (PR)
Rows
Supp stuff
