So since the 21st i've been keeping my cal intake to 1850. Kinda went over a little on friday cuz it was fishbowl friday @ boston pizza... but only by a little bit so i forgive myself.

Thursday & Friday I did yrg... gunna move up to the harder workout session today and see how that works

Yesterday hit the gym
Saturday 23rd
A:
Leg Press: 3x6 - 130
Chest Press: 3x8 - 45
Low Back: 3x8 - 125
Calves: 3x8 - 160
Military Press: 3x6 - 25
Dips: assist: 2x6 - 75
Abs: 3x 15
Cardio: 11 mins HIIT (30 sec intervals)

Haven't checked my weight... but since my last post i'm down a half inch on my waist and an inch on my ass.

Just came back from Cancun and all I can say is.. mmmm Bikini weather. lol

Sunday was a yrg day... did the 40 min vid. got about 30 mins through... and since then i've been on my ass studying for my exams this week. whooo 3 exams in 2 days... gotta love it!

def gunna hit up the gym thurs after my last exam! can't wait to actually be able to do something other than study constantly!

sooo... 2 of 3 exams were OK. definately think i failed the last one... but whatever. pretty sure the whole class did so i'm hoping for a little bell-curve action!

been keeping cal's under 1850, lost an inch somewhere... i think on my ass or waist... can't remember. lol.

really haven't worked out since last sunday Did 40 mins of YRG yesterday which apparently burns around 400 cals.

hitting up the gym today between shifts at work, gunna try the new switched up program! thanks again btw!

Bah, couldn't edit my previous post for some reason... i may just be retarded and couldn't find the edit button. go me!

Just got back from the gym

Chinup: 1x4, 1x2 60lbs on assist, 1 negative (I just felt hardcore doing a negative!)
Goblet Squat: 3x8 - 10
Rows: 3x6 - 50
Calves: 3x8 - 175
Preacher Curl: 3x6 - 25 (hammer strength half machine... the bench was being used and the guy was taking 10 years.)
Abs: 3x15
13 mins HIIT
