Im trying to get to 160 in a couple months which is ironic

that's like my bf... he gets to load up on food and i'm trying to cut down. jerks! :P kidding!

yea sorry about that confusing post. lol
goblet squats definately hurt my lower back, thinking it's because i didn't keep my back straight doing down... so def have to work on that!

Did yrg 40 mins today... yesterday was 4-wheeling at a buddy's place, so no workout then... figured sunday can be my rest day! gym tomorrow for part 2 of my new workout!
