| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | monday dec. 17. felt like hell all day. almost puked this morning. some people at work have the flu. that will drive me batshitcrazy if i really get sick. having hot flashes...i'm pale....menopause? cut short todays workout. gonna hit the couch. drink a few hundred gallons of water, and sleep. might call in tomorrow..it's been a few years. squats - 151 2 x 5 bench - 176 1 x 5, 1 x 4 got lightheaded and put the bar up. rows - 126 2 x 5 good enough for today. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | week before christmas...got the flu. hardly ate all week...might have hit 3000 calories for the week. work busy last week...still didn't feel super...eating was off...didn't lift at all...except one day i decided to deadlift...got 210 up once. eating pretty much back to normal today so i decided to hit the weights again. lost some weight, and strength. gay. 12/31/07 deads -81 x 5 -131 x 3 -166 x 5 squats -61 x 5 -111 x 3 -131 3 x 5 DB press -30 x 7 -42.5 3 x 5 Pullups - BW + 20 2 x 6 Dips - BW + 25 2 x 8 Leg raises - 1 x 9, 1 x 6 Situps - (20) 2 x 20 BB curl - (66) 2 x 7 used some tips in this article on the biceps...flex tris at the bottom and squeeze once you get to the top....burned good. http://www.bodybuilding.net/training...rson-2016.html |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | 1/9/08 deads - 176 x 5 front squats - 86, 3 x 5 MP - 106, 3 x 5 pullups - 22.5, 1 x 6, 1 x 5, 1 x 5 dips - 35, 2 x 8 leg raises - 2 x 8 situps with arms above head - 15, 1 x 18 bi curls - 66, 2 x 8 thought i'd try front squats for fun....but before MP was not a good idea. i'll stick with regular squats next week. would like to get that MP back up into the 120's again...depressing. and i'm gonna switch days on dips....and get rid of tri extension altogether. |
