Gender: | 1/16/08 deads - 181, 1 x 5..........150, 1 x 5 bench - 166, 3 x 5 row - 101, 3 x 5 dips - bw + 37.5, 3 x 7 ohdb side bends - 25, 2 x 5 front plate squats - 15, 2 x 10 noticed my form on the deadlifts sucked on the negative....watched a rippetoe video on youtube...went back and did another set of five at 150....really concentrating on having the bar slide up and down my legs...sound kinky? definitely hammered the lower back... gonna keep bench weight for next week...last rep was kinda slow....elbows flew out a bit. rows were great thanks to some tips from eric...kept the elbows tucked it...not sticking out.... oh db side bends were tough...my shoulders were fucking beat...especially after dips...just holding the weight above head was tough front squats were fun...definitely felt it in the lower back and abs... |

getting a new bench when tax refund comes in...should be soon...can't wait...i'll be able to adjust the height for MP and squats...so i can get under without having the bend the knees so much. found that with my gay homo standard bar...it was only 5" off the floor...so for rows and deads i could not get down far enough without the lower back unarching....so i made some 4" stands...much gooder now... so here's the new and improved row http://s219.photobucket.com/albums/c...t=MOV00082.flv thanks man... | |

Gender: | He means his elbows more in front of the bar and not out as in 'splayed out' just in case someone might think I told him to do that I remember house sitting for someone with a great dane who constantly dropped loads all over the house. But they had an EXTENSIVE record selection. |

Gender: | Yeah it was like cleaning up after a horse. It didn't help that they had all these "treats" to give him. Dietary indiscretion + great dane = diarrhea. There is no excuse for not house training a dog. |
