| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | thanks man was not sure how today was going to go....was up for 24 hours, and then slept for 7...got up...ate a few times...and then hit the workout. mentally really not in it squat - 166, 3 x 5 arnold - 32.5, 3 x 8 pullups - 10, 3 x 8....nice and slow situps - 2 x 15....super slow both ways.. preachers - 30, 2 x 10 little deload time next week. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | so...a little talkie to eric...hoping this will help me get past some things. 2/18/08 squat - 176, 4 x 2, 151, 1 x 8 bench - 191, 4 x 2, 171 1 x 7 t-bars - 100, 3 x 5 dips - 47.5, 3 x 8 my legs were fucking jelly after squats. bench was real solid...could not get the eighth rep on the 171 though...4 exercises and i'm fuggin whooped |
