Gender: | haha...not too much altogether...but too much before bed...i do have supper kinda late...usually around 8...and i'm asleep around 1030 or 11...so i have a huge supper...and then i'll have...some yogurt some almonds...maybe some milk...right before bed... |

Gender: | I ate 2 medium pizzas at 2:30pm. Then I ate a 2lb steak and 3/4lbs of perogies for dinner tonight...that filled me up . Ate that at 7pm and I haven't even thought about food until now (its 10:45pm). Moral: You can never be eating too much Edit: Just put my food into fitday (still gonna have a cup of cottage cheese too Cals: 5720 Carb:437g Pro:404g Fat:241g |

Gender: | 4/16/08 deads: 220, 3 x 3....180, 1 x 5 MP: 110, 3 x 5 pullups: 15 + bw....8, 7, 6.....bw, 8 ab stuff... first set of deads....felt like i was rounding my back a bit on the negative...and i was...i was just making it last too long...drop it a little quicker...problem solved....made a vid to see if i really had it solved. looks like i did. http://s219.photobucket.com/albums/c...t=MOV00093.flv i'm taking a full week off next week. my joints are getting angry...elbows and shoulders and wrists.....maybe do a max bench or something. |

Gender: | I think your butt should drop down and your back should be a bit more upright. When I deadlift I'm squatted parallel/couple inches below and my back is roughly 30-40 degrees (estimate). But maybe my form is wrong... ![]() |
