| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | 4/18/08 lunges: 65, 3 x 6 bench: 170, 4 x 5 db rows: 55, 3 x 5 dips: 25, 2 x 12 planks: left, 1:18.....right, 1:30.. no rdl's today...my lower back is still kinda angry from wednesday...so...gonna give it a rest, do some stretching and hit the chiro monday...everything else felt real good today... thanks monsta. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | 4/21/08 -20 x 5 x 2 -45 x 3 x 2 -65 x 3 -90 x 3 -110 x 3 -130 x 1 -150 x 1 -170 x 1 -190 x 1 -200 x 1 -210 x 1 -215 x 0 -215 x 1 -220 x 0 pullups - bw...10,9,8,8 goblet squats - 12.5....5,5,5 hit chiro after work....lower back did the pop pop pop. came home...iced it. did the warmup routine from monsta's thread...and hit the max bench....had the girl over to spot me. not doing any direct lower back work this week...thing has been nagging me for awhile....gonna ice the shit out of it this week...probably take some ibuprofen...no military press either...maybe some single leg squats...just don't wanna put any sort of pressure <back there>.... man i was super pissed after i missed 215 the first time. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: 1-2 Years | it was originally from when i maxed on MP...put a little too much back into it...it's probably been a couple months...but..........it's tight everyday...sometimes wakes me up at night... but.......like a fucking retard...i just kept deadlifting while going to the chiropractor but yeah...the deadlift descent didn't help |
