Gender: | Sunday 30th dec volume Day Squat 147.5kg 5x3 Bench 112.5kg 2x4 2x2 Chins 25kg 2x5 1x4 30sec rest 1x1 Grip Work 87.5kg 3x5 F*@k yeah, I made 147.5kg Squat for 5x3. I really fought for it though. I was hoping for 4x4 on bench, I will try again next week. I have been doing chins instead of rows to give my arm a rest. I filmed my squats today warm ups and work sets on my digital camera. I have transferred the avi files to my computer. I have been trying to get them up on youtube. when I upload them to youtube only the first second of each file makes it on to youtube. Does anyone know how to fix the problem? Marv. |
