Gender: | thursday 17th Jan dynamic day Squat 77.5kg 10x2 Bench 60kg 10x3 Deadlift 95kg 15x1 Chins 32.5kg 1x5,1x4,1x3 bw 1x10 LegRaise 3x10 Calve Raise 3x5 I did a couple sets with 100kg 2 work on technique b4 doing dynamic work. I felt very explosive today on squats, the only problem is I kept firing up on to the toes. Does this mean I need to add weight now? MaRvO |

Gender: | Sunday 27th january Volume Day (Deloaded) Squat 100kg2x5 115kg2x5 Bench 90kg 3x5 Chins BW 1x10,1x9,1x6 I really felt exausted today, I have been working and training hard. I decided to deload abit and give my mind and body some rest. I hope to resume training as normal later in the week. MaRvO. |
