thursday 17th Jan
dynamic day

Squat 77.5kg 10x2
Bench 60kg 10x3
Deadlift 95kg 15x1
Chins 32.5kg 1x5,1x4,1x3 bw 1x10
LegRaise 3x10
Calve Raise 3x5

I did a couple sets with 100kg 2 work on technique b4 doing dynamic work. I felt very explosive today on squats, the only problem is I kept firing up on to the toes. Does this mean I need to add weight now?

I would say that is a form problem. The bar is moving to a forward position and now instead of transferring the weight through the heels its travelling through your toes.

^^^You may be right Kane but I'm thinking think he means he is going up so fast he comes up on his toes at the top (like he's almost jumping). Triple extension.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

^^^Oh, I see what you mean. In that case, yes, more weight is needed
