Gender: | Most people find them to be pretty tight when they start stretching. Not everyone of course but more people than not. Don't workout with colds and flu's! You'll just be sicker longer. Feel better, Marv. |

Gender: | Sunday 2nd march Volume Day Squat 160kg 3x3,1x1 Bench 101kg 3x4,1x2,1x3,1x2,1x1 Rows 90kg 5x5, Worked on form, its been awhile. Grip work 92.5kg 1x4,1x3,1x5 Still feeling abit conjested. Hopefully 100% next week. MaRvO. |
