Gender: | Thursday 20th March Dynamic Day Squat 92.5kg 10x2 Bench 65kg 10x3 Deadlift 105kg 10x1 Pull ups bw 1x8,2x5 Sit ups 1x15,1x14,1x10 Calve Raise 350lbs 1x7,1x10,1x5 Ok I decided to do pull ups instead of chins for awhile. I reduced the weight on calve raise dramaticly and will start doing higher reps for awhile. This should be good for the knees also. All in All a good session. |

Gender: | Single leg stuff will grow you legs quick. You'll get a lot of growth in the upper thighs especially the adductors which are huge anyway. This will all help your squatting. |
