Yeah, that's a good one.

And the three pictured here: http://www.aafp.org/afp/20050415/1545.html

You could probably look a little less like your performing Swan Lake when you do them, though

Sunday 13th April
Volume Day
Squat 160kg 1x2,1x1,150kg 1x1,140kg1x3,1x2
Bench 102kg 2x4,1x2,2x3,1x1,1x2,1x1 =20 reps.
Rows working on technique 60kg 6x6,1x4
Heavy Grippers. Closed the 200 1x4 with right hand. 1x4 near closes with left hand.

Last week lateral squats done as a dynamic warm up caused alot of medial pain in the knee and I wasnt able to push the knee out far. Today there was no problem at all and I could push the knee out further. I think the groin stretching has helped there. I have lost strength in the squat. If the knees dont cause me any problems this week I will start back at around 145kg 5x3 and work back up. The chucks felt great today after wearing the globes and I had no trouble with balance doing lunges maybe the stretching helped there too. Thanks for the link Eric I will read up. Swan Lake! haha

Still Beastly on the squats tho Marv. Some real good info in this journal.

Thanks Hopper. It was nice to get under a heavy bar. Just have to see how things go over the next couple of weeks.

I'm embarrased to say I haven't done anything on the footwear front. I'm ok anyway for now. I've had a lot of other stuff to buy like some additional stretch bands and such.
