Better make it training video's so then your all pumped for Monday.

Haha good idea Talo. They might have to wait till next week though I have already exceeded my data allowance. I will ease back into training tomorrow.

LOL I hate that!! How easy is it to go nuts the first week and use it all up!!

Heavy Grips

I might stop doing Oh squats at the moment I think there going to make it tuff to progress with OH pressing. I will probably add power cleans into this session I want to learn this movement.
