Sunday 15th June Front Squat 80kg 4x5 Press 51kg 2x5,2x4,2x3,1x1 Chins BW 2x10,1x8 Heavy Grips I might stop doing Oh squats at the moment I think there going to make it tuff to progress with OH pressing. I will probably add power cleans into this session I want to learn this movement. |
