| Good Day all, name is Matt. Been training for about a year now but the last two months i took off due to a shoulder/pec injury My goal is to build strength/muscle while eating a clean diet. I will be following the Mark Rippetoe's Starting strength. On the Alternate days i will be doing HIIT training for cardio. I look forward to the continued journey. ![]() |
