| new measurments week 3 neck 16 1/2 chest 45 1/2 left bi flexed 17 1/4 flat 14 5/8 right bi flexed 17 1/4 flat 14 3/8 right thigh 23 calf 16 1/2 left thigh23 1/2 calf 16 1/2 i weigh 220 now!!!!! whoa strength is threw the roof no real examples cause im switchin it up alot but i hit the 110 dumbell incline 3x10 alot more than before but that could just be from sheer leverage of weighin 20 lbs more but yup no sides and less aggression than usual which is great im in a good mood all the time now and it feels good this guy got smart with me on friday and i started laughing at him and just shined it on but before i would have broke him off so not what i was expecting but its good |

Gender: | How long are you going to run this ? Most ( from what I have heard) of the sides come from after you finish running a program. Your moods may change then. |

| alright I took my last dose yesterday... and neck 17 1/4 chest 46.5 waist same thigh right 25.25 left 25.25 calfs same right arm flexed 17.25 flat 14 5/8 left arm flexed 17.25 flat 14 5/8 yeah benched 275 10 and 295 8 times legit reps sooooo strong for me and I can conclude that sustanon 250 should be taken twice a week I felt odd on sundays which was the farthest day from my shot maybe its iin my head but I was just kinda off.... and also 230lbs now so about 30 lbs total... |
