Screaming gives you more power

That was the closest thing I could find. The equipment that I used was different to , but the concept was there.

Aug 18

Thought I would try something different tonight, since I didn't get to go to the gym and we do have some weights out at work...

THE 300 WORKOUT

25 pullups (10,10,5) 1:55
-rest 2 mins
50 Deadlifts with 135lbs ( 25,15,10) 3:52
-rest 2min
50 Pushups (35,15) 1:30
-rest 2mins
24" Box Jumps (15,10,10,15) 4:11
-rest 2 mins
50 Floor Wipers ( 20,15,15) 4:19
-rest 3mins
50 Clean & Press with 30lb dumbbell - 6:45
-rest 3mins
25 Pullups ( 5,5,5,5,5) 2:52

This just proves to me how out of shape i really am when it comes to endurance

Total Time was 37:64

This was HARD , next time I do this the time will be shorter
