 |  arghhh..... Well the past month has been a waste of time. Haven't worked out once. I am going to begin tomorrow morning at 8 am again though. I weigh approximately 140 now. I only lost 6 lbs since I stopped working out and taking creatine. So I am pretty happy about that. Going to try and gain my 6lbs back in the next month before I head to Las Vegas for 2 1/2 weeks for work. I hope the hotel has a gym of some sort. I worked myself too hard before I think. Just burned myself out. Eating 8 times a day and working out 5 times a week was just too much once I began having to do it all alone. Hopefully I won't burn out this time and can stick it through. My workout partner will be back in Mid August so once he comes back I will have more will to go to the gym daily. But until then I hope to gain the weight I just lost back. I realize most of the weight loss was due to stopping creatine intake, but hopefully I can gain it back real quick. Anyways, good luck to me, and nice see you guys still around |
