Nice looking squats Monsta, nice wide stance and good hip drive.Cant comment on rows tho.E would be the best for that,I just plain suck at rowing!!

HIThopper's Sig:There are no shortcuts. The fact that a shortcut is important to you means that you are a pussy. Let me be clear here: if you'd rather take steroids than do your squats heavy and drink enough milk, then you are a Fucking Pussy. I have no time or patience for Fucking Pussies. Please tell everyone you know that I said this.- Mark Rippetoe

kimm might be confused. since...they are...

pendlay rows

it almost looks as if you could use a little hip flexor stretching...one that really helps me is: kneel in a sort of lunge position with your back foot up on a bench...front shin straight up and down...then just kinda lean down and forward keeping your upper body upright. should feel a good stretch in the hip area and upper quads.

then turn your upper body a few degrees towards your front leg and repeat...then do the other leg.

and yeah i feel like i can use a little bit more hip flexion. but you are basically talking about a single legs squat and holding it?
