What are you looking to do after this routine monsta?
just keep dropping weight thats all. i did this routine in the first place because when i got hurt i started it. i think E refered it to me but im not exactly shore. since i started it and didnt finish i wanted to do it and see what it was hitting for. i also thought it would be a good way to get sme strength back up in me since i took all that time offe. mainly my legs. and its worked. but my weight keeps getting stuck. i would get down to around 284 or 285 and then put 2 or 3 pounds back on.

i like this routine and all but its not helpin me drop weight all to much.

all in all i just wanted to get what you guys thoughts would be. since i already made the jump to what i would be doing in my last week (which was a complete mistake) would 5 weeks on this program be enough or should i just try for at least one more week. i have been taking heed to what you guys have been saying lately so i figure listening some more wont hurt.
