| Rank: Lightweight | i know exactly what you are talking about though. i felt the fluidness when i actually dropped the weight to 145. i feel the peel from the ground and the pullin of the clean. i realy wanted to get that on the vid but my damn camera died. next time i do them i will try to rememebr my cam. i feel exactly what you are saying though. i am going to post my deads to. now those are horrible but i want you guys to pay attention to my back for me. with the deads im still in between the fluid peel off the ground and the just picking it up. |

| Rank: Lightweight | next week or the week after ill try to get some vids up of my bad exercises. ill post deads with 315. i will only be able to get a couple tho so i will post a set of around 225 also. and ill post pedley rows with 225. dont know what i will do with squats. my squats are better than my deads. i think i may ride out with 315 but i may go higher. ill make my mind by next week or so. dont have a workout buddy so i have to find places to put the cam ![]() |

| Rank: Lightweight | thanks. i have never really workedout with a spot . first they always touch the damn bar when i specifically tell them if it aint coming down DONT TOUCH IT!! and sometimes i dont want that thought of confidence you get when you have a spotter. i want ot keep that though of if i dont get it thats my ass. i have used spots before but i try to keep it to a minimal. i only do it if i am on my 4th or 5th set and its heavy weight i know in my mind i may not get. not having a spot though has helped me be able to control the weight though. no matter how much is on the bar i hav enough in the tank to just push it bakc over my head if need be ![]() |

Gender: | I'm the same way, never had a partner. Well , in College i did. But maybe it's just me but if I put 350 on the bar I call someone over just to stand behind me just incase. Mainly helps me clear my mind on the "what if" and I can focus and getter done!. I on the other hand have not gone for a 1RM in a such a long time that I don't even know where it is. Your lift was crazy man, ever think about training hard for a powerlifting comp ? |
