Gender: | sucks about your injury monsta, hope you feel better soon. You should punch your food into fitday and see how many calories you had. I'm not sure if you measure out your food or not, but it helps. 1 boneless chicken breast is aprox 4-5oz depending on if it's fresh or froozen. |

| Rank: Lightweight | i was gonan sign up today and i completely forgot abou tit. this comp is acting slow right now so i will do it as soon as i get to wokr tomorrow. and the injury isnt because of the reacti9ve arthritis. the reactive arthritis was a one time thing that just put me back a whoooooooooooooole lot. especially with me no being able to do anything at my college. . what happened with my hip was a few weeks ago i was trying to fix my squat form. i was coming up on my tip toes a lot and it was killing my knees. so as i was trying to fix it i was exaggertaing the motion of the squat to make sure i was coming up on my heels thus the next day i felt my hip hurting some. it slowely got better but not all the way better. but it was cool enough for me to do stuff. at my second job once in a blue i have to walk a big distance to meet up with my bike units. so on sunday night i walked at least a few miles. i woke up on monday and my hip just felt really funny. not hurting but inflammed. so if it aint one thing its another. thats all. oh and dont forget to watchthe sesame street when big bird used the whole alphabet as one word |

| Rank: Lightweight | oh and the reactive arthritis was in the hip also but that was oneof the first places it left. so dont have the arthritis no more the only lasting effect was my knees arent as strong as they were they are good enough for me to do stuff. i just have to be able to get in the grind thats all |

| Rank: Lightweight | [thought i might have been able to do a little leg work today but it was a no go. i did a farmers walk with 100 lb dumbells to warm up a bit. then i put on 135 to see if i could do it and it was a no go. so since i felt like i could have worked my back a little harder yesterday i just did some high rep work. i know you arent supposed to work muscles 2 days staright but it was light and like i said i wanted to add on tops of yesterdays work. military press 4x15 @ 135 pedley rows 3x20 @135 3 sets of wrist rollers. and some abwhell work. i do the abs every workout i just forget to put it sometimes. dumbell strugs i didnt want to do my bench press work today because I wanted to do them tomorrow. since i cant deadlioft or squat right now i was lost for todays workout so i just said fuck it and did something. all in all it wasnt a to bad workout though.. got some good endurance work in when it camre the lifts i did. |

| Rank: Lightweight | lol thanks. im to a point now to where im sick and tired of taking off for this or taking off for that. i think the best i have ever did was when i wasnt over thinking every dag on thing when it came to working out. at one point in time no matter what was wrong, i did something. so now im getting back to the basics. just go and lift come hell or high water. i wont be stupid about it, but trust i will be in that gym on a regular |
