| Rank: Lightweight | thanks i-dub and nicky. and dont worry nicky you can get there. everybody has to start somewhere. even me. im not in the gym as nearly as much as i should be. so if i stick to it for a while hopefully i wil be able to tel lyou guys that im doing 400. bench 3x3 @ 405 failed very last rep incline bench 1x3 @ 365 1x3 @ 335 1x3 @ 315 wrist roller pullovers 3x10 @ 60 dumbell tricep pulldowns dips 3x8 atfer my warm up i did the first set of 405 and i felt like i could do the whole thing. on the last set i got to 2 and i felt like i may have twitched something in my neck so i put the weight back so i wouldnt pull nothing. when i wen tot go take it off and finish i failed............................................ .........I FUCKIIIIIIIIIIIIIN FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLE EEEEEEEDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that pissed me off so much. dont give a shit if my body was tired from pushups and shoulder work. i should have finished that shit. fuckin sucks. i feel like punching a whole in the wall right now. on the inclines when i did the 365 i knew i wouldnt be able to finish the whole 3x3 so i dropped some weight and i fel tthe same with 335. next time i will do 335 from the beginning and i may have a better shot. did some the light pullovers because i havent done them in a while so i wanted to see where i was at. of cours ei did some ab work but i waited until after i did the benching to try pull ups so i couldnt do it. |

| Rank: Lightweight | i wanted to switch back to doing a little bit more volume next week but im so pissed i failed on that last rep i have to get it next week. im going to take today off because as you all know i cant do any leg work right now. the hip feels aight but like my man widdoes said i would rather be safe than sorry. tomorrow i will do some back and shoulders again. i am gonna do some volume for a few weeks and then go back to a 3x3 and them i will try and see if i can get up 500. i havent tried the exact wrmup talo gave me but i have been doing something instead of nothing and i think it helps a lot. so give me like a month and a half to 2 months and ill try to get that 500 and ill post it oh and thanks for that warm up reference talo. | Rank: Lightweight | what up. wasnt the best work out. go tot the gym late an di had some ripping and running to do but i got some aight work in. military press 3x10 @ 185 pedley rows 3x10 @ 185 superset wrist rollers with 40 hammer curls OOOOOO THE BURN IN MY FOREARMS........YEEEEEESSSS CURLS 3x10 @ 80,90,100 shrugs 3x8 @ 100 dumbells my shoulders were on fire. i really felt them when i was doing the curls. and supersetting those wristrollers with them hammer curls was great. |
