| Rank: Lightweight | aight. ill take you guys word on it. ill try to shoot for next week or the week after to start it. I have just been super busy with me moving and all. i moved closer to my job so now i can get to the gym more often if i need to. if i miss a day during the week i can make it up on the weekend. since this week has been a little crazy i may only be able to get like 2 days of lifting in. just in case that is the issue i did extar pushups last night. today i will do some legs. the hip feels ok so what i will do it go for a 3 to 5x10 instead of going all heavy. last nights workout 250 pushups |

| ^^ the only thing with the starr 5x5 or others is that its set up for progressive load. Which only works if you can make it to the gym regularly. I've had great strength gains from it, but its something you need time and programing for. |
