Gender: | good deal man. Glad you like it. If you want any pointers or info about training ground stuff let me know. Youtube is now going to be your best friend. I have so many clips of moves that it is ridiculous. Also I see they have a kettlebell class. That might be something you would want to look into. It's one of the best workouts for combat athletes. |

| Rank: Lightweight | yeah i need a lot pf pointers. i want to try to get out of the whole "im stronger than everybody" thing so i can learn the moves. i will def keep in touch so i can learn more. i wish i can look at youtube at work but its a no go. i will def train differently though because i want to make sure i have endurance. that kettle bell class looks liek a go. how often did you train with them dave? |

That's not to say that you can't do KB workouts for just strength. Once you take the class you'll have a better understanding of where you might want to place it in your workouts. I guarantee that after the first session of KB work you will be hooked. It's hard to explain. | ||

| Rank: Lightweight | ok cool im with it. im gonan checj it out. i want to go back tomorrow but i did somethign to my foot playing football on thanksgiving and it has been geting better and of course doing that last night messed it up just a little bit. i should be good by next thursday though so i will pick it up from there. until then though im gonna be hitting the gym tough. im gonan go today |

| Rank: Lightweight | CHEST, A LITTLE SHOULDERS AND BACK captains chair- 3x20 bench press- 4x5 - 1x3 - 1x1 - 1x1 failed@ 365 incline press- 3x5@ 275 bent over barbell rows 3x10@ 160 dumbell ohp- 3x10@ 80 shrugs 3x10@80 captains chair- 3x15 thoughts i was super tired today. my legs are a little sore but feel more tired than anything from the squats and the jiu jitsu lessons last night. i really felt like i shouldnt go to the gym today because i was so tired, and i wasnt able to eat to much today. i had a good breakfast but i had to do this christmas party thing at my job. there was nothing there that was good for the diet so i had to eat these little appetizer wraps they had. but i know i cant get back in the gym until wed so i figured i would try to squeeze a day in. i didnt even know whether i could finish a workout today because i was so tired but i was able to do ok. not as good as i wanted. but ok. first i was super pissed because i couldnt finish the 5x5 of 365. on the last set i got to three. stopped for a sec and got the next rep, and then when i stoped again to get the last rep i failed................................I F$CKIN FAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so pissed at that. there is no way in hell i wont finish that 5x5 of 365 next time. everything else was ok. i just tried to make sure i get some back and shoulders in. i didnt do cardio because i did something to my foot and as it was getting better i did the jiu jitsu classes laast night and my foot felt weird again. so ill give it a week to feel better |
