Day 1 (Tuesday) -All 5x5 Barbell Bench Press Incline Dumbbell Bench Press Dumbell Over-Head Press Day 4 - (Thursday) -All 5x5 Barbell Back Squats Barbell Rows Wide Grip Chins This routine was designed by Frankie NY, I will be eating a strict "maintain weight" diet until I reach a plateau then I will begin to increase my calories to conqure the plateau. |
