| Rank: New Member Experience: 1-2 Years | Hi I'm new here. Not new to bodybuilding, I have 2 years experience into studying but only 2 years into training as well. I just took 14 months off training, below were my maxes before I left. Bench press: 255lbs. Squat: 315lbs. OHP: 165lbs. (seated) I'm on a new routine.
