Ice cream cake is my favorite, especially the kind with the little chocolate crunchies in it ... I'm jealous.

I wish !! Had to take a few days off the diet.. Plus I'm in a full deload at the gym. I was getting worn out. Cardio is still holding strong and diet for the most part is good. ( Fathers day and B-day back to back was a killer)

Tuesday June 24th

Finally back , it felt like forever since I pushed some weight. The rest was well used, and I tried to do cardio (in some way or another) as much as I could.

Changed my program up a bit. Similar to the other , but different exercises and I will go two on one off - and weekends off....Felt weaker than normal ,so I took it easy. Week off completely ,sucks!!!

Dumbbell Bench Press 4x8 (90's)
Incline Bench Press 3x8 (135)
Cable Crossovers 3x12 (50)
Barbell Curls 3x6 (75)
Hammer Curls 2x10 (35's) 1x10 (40's)
Wrist Curls 3x15 ( 25lb dumbbells)
