So all the good ones are taken then...

Well if we rearrange the letters of your username we can call you ALOT!!! as in how much does Talo squat?.................. ALOT!

Another nice workout there Talo.5x5 on curls would leave them nicely beat up.

HIThopper's Sig:There are no shortcuts. The fact that a shortcut is important to you means that you are a pussy. Let me be clear here: if you'd rather take steroids than do your squats heavy and drink enough milk, then you are a Fucking Pussy. I have no time or patience for Fucking Pussies. Please tell everyone you know that I said this.- Mark Rippetoe

So my new screen name should be ALOT

SEpt 15th

So after a weekend of eating like shit ( not much eating at all) and drinking more than I have since college , but that's what happens when your college roomate gets married and you get reunited with some old friends.

I slept about 14hrs last night and woke up and started eating to my schedual again.

Went to the gym at 12 which I didn't want to go - still feel tired !

Speed Squats 8x2 @ 135
Leg PRess 2x40 @ 180 (2 45's per side) My legs are still shaking from this
Pullthru's
Calve work
5 min cool down on the x-trainer and some very good stretches

I think it's going to take me a few days to get back to normal - but I will try and get two gallons of fluid into me today and tomorrow , that should help me for my Wednesday workout.

TALO's Sig:Cheap and good bulk supplements from Canada Protein

I think the smileys might have gotten broken while Sleazy upgraded the site. You have to go to advanced.

Sept 17th

Decline Bench 3x3 @ 335 ( I started off with 350 and only got 3 reps , so I needed to drop it down so that I could get all sets - Few things , My diet has been sheaty ! Different gym with different equipment , different angles. Maybe I could have gotten 3x3 with 350 - But next week I will forsure - I'll be back in my home gym !! )

DB bench press - 3x8 with 90's ( this felt good , shoulders are a bit tight so I think it's time for a nice deep tissue massage)

DB side raises 3x10 with 30's

Machine Tricep pushdowns 3x10 with 45 and 25lb plates

Crunches - to end the workout.

Next week will be better.

Thanks - Yup , still with Redpoint.

IMO - it's worth the coin. I mainly use it for the diet , which I need to get in check this month.

Sept 19th

Box Squat 3x3 @ 435 ( This was heavy - I nailed the first 3 , then I wrapped my knees for the second set and got all 3 , so I did my final set without wraps and got 2 1/2 - Was caught on the 3. I wish I had my camera with me today , because I feel like my form was out a bit and could use some reveiw - oh well , next time )

Front Squat 3x8 with 135 - I started off with 185 because last week I did 135. But I was dead after the box squat , and I could tell I would get them with good form

Pull Thru 3x10 with 130 .

Good workout , I can feel them growing !!
