Gotcha. I need to invest in a pair for myself. Someone gave me some wraps that are at least 15 years old...there is too much flex in them.

Update ( as best as I can , not sure on some weights)

Feb 13th

Shoulder Press 4x12 with 185
Upright Rows
Side Raises 4x8 with 40's
Abs

Feb 17th

Squats worked up to 405 for 5
Leg Extensions

quick workout.

Feb 18th

Bench ( used the Fat Bar not sure on the weight) 5x12
Flat Hammer Press with 3x5 with 106lbs
Cable Flyes 2x12 with 60
Dips 3x10
Tricep Pushdowns 3x10 with 160
One arm extensions 2x10 with 30's

Weighed my self this morning 232lbs . Down 5lbs this month. Strength hasn't dropped much at all.

Going to take it easy and add some more carbs to my daily intake , as of late they have been restricked to first meal and post shake.

My goal is to be under 220 by October. So the slower I go the better.

Warmup with Pullups 3x8 bw

Deadlifts
135 x 10
185 x 5
265 x 3
315 x 3
355 x 3
405 x 3
455 x 1
505 x FAIL

Went to the cage and set pins up 2" above my knees

505 x 3
545 x 3
600 x 3
640 x 2
685 x 2

My left hand got ripped up to shit . Had a hard time holding anything after this , but went ahead and did .....

Low Cable Pulls

3x8 w/ 200

Lat Pulldown ( Hammer Strength machine )

3x10 w/ 90 on each side

Hammer curls

2x10 w/ 40's

One arm low cable curls

2x10 w/ 40

Good workout - Left hand fucking kills , but it will be fine for Monday's workout
