Thanks guys. I sure did learn ALOT from going to this meet. Next one I will do is the GPC - Nationals in Calgary in April 2010 . This gives me 8 months to step up my training .

Some Video's - I will put up my second and third lifts for all three.

Squat 2 - 580

Squat 3 - 604 - FAIL

Bench 2 - 375

Bench 3 - 382 ( didn't upload for some reason , I will check this out when i get home )

Dead 2 - 501 lbs

Dead 3 - 525 - FAIL !!

This was the first time I deadlifted with my suit and belt on. I sure did find it hard to get down , as you can see I couldn't get my ass all the way down. This is something I will be training very hard on the next few months.

GPC ( Global Powerlifting Committee ) They only thing that sucks about it is this is not drung tested and I'm sure there are more than a handful in it that use that to their advantage.

I'm also thinking about going into a raw division , no gear , no drugs.
