foam/mobility


oh squats: 40 x 3, 50 x 2, 55 x 2, 60 x 2

rdl's: 140, 3 x 7

triset:

-barbell rows - 120, 4 x 3
-zottman curls - 10, 2 x 10
-stepups - 50, 2 x 9

foam roller dead bugs: single leg lowering, 2 x 10 each leg

rice bucket: 2 x 2.5 minutes

my wrists feel pretty wicked today no more "heavy" ones for awhile...gonna keep it in the 5-7 rep range for awhile, till my wrists get used to it....or get more flexible

foam/mob/oh squats

front low box squats:

-125, 2 x 5, 1 x 7

superset one:

-unilateral rdl's - 55, 3 x 10
-cable rows - 70, 3 x 15 w/ 15 sec scaption hold at the end

superset two:

-rollouts - 2 x 10
-bent over trap raises - 5's, 2 x 11 w/10 second hold on last rep



plus....i did 2 unilateral box squats on each leg in between every set...think i hit a total of...34 on each leg.


and video of the rdl's....don't laugh when i almost fall on the second rep of left leg



gonna watch the newest rambo on blu ray tonite and enjoy the ice storm.
