yep...the leg that stays on the ground stays slightly bent.

thanks hop....it's not that i stayed away from crappy food either....had christmas...and my birthday...and then another christmas lots of dessert.

Looks like you're doing more of a stiff-legged with straight back, Pity. Can't tell for sure but it doesn't look like your working leg is bent at all and you aren't bringing the hips back. You'll have much more control if you do that because the weight wont float forward so much.

my knee is bent i assure you the sweat pants are just baggy.

i'll have to work on trying to bring the hips back....but with one leg...that seems kinda tough.

inside out warmup

feet elevated pushups…closegrip: 25, 22, 21

dips: 13, 13 , 13

chinups w/2 second retr/depression at top: 3 x 7

zottman curls: 15, 2 x 10

pallof press: 25, 2 x 10 (hard)

dip shrugs: 2 x 15

dead bug stuff on foam roller

did not sleep well last night…i should know by now not to sleep on the couch.

foam/mob/oh squats

Sumo Deads:

-180 x 5, 190 x 5 (pr), 200 x 6 (pr)
-220 x 1, 240 x 1, 260 x 1 (pr)

Split Squats:

-60, 3 x 9

DB rows:

-30's, 2 x 13

done.

next week is deload....might be a whole week off...or might be just some high intensity stuff.

i'm very excited....that is the most i've ever deadlifted...conv. or sumo. back when i took a break from sumos...i think i was only at 170 x 5. today felt real good
