Gender: | wow, i haven't updated for almost 2 weeks, just to tired after work and lifting to bother. ive been lifting with the same routine ive been using. heres what i did today 1 mile jog close grip bench: 1x6 at 175 2x6 at 180 1x6 at 185 incline bench: 4x6 at 155 2 minutes of jumprope tricep extentions: 4x6 at 120 (machine) Last edited by HSfootball16; 07-26-2007 at 08:59 PM. |
