^^ I've always been a nas fan, but recently I got the anthology, every album he has had and its like I rediscovered him. Some of what he spits is so intelectual that it blows my mind, and some of it is so thug it makes me want to destroy wieghts ... he is a master of his craft no doubt HH.

I really hate to do this, but I'm putting the journal on pause for a while. I thought things would get better with the new job, but I was mistaken. I've been working overtime almost every night, and by the time I get home I'm spent. I need to find a solution, but I've had a few set backs. night before last I broke the dam eliptical I have again, this time for good. So I need to find a new cardio machine for the house, maybe a tredmil this time, I dont know. I just want something I'm not going to destroy in 2 months. Diet has been ok, I'm eating clean, but not enough, I'm working on it, but I've been so busy I forget to eat. I need to work that out so I can keep some mass. I'm going to take a break from the weights right now, I just dont have the time or energy. My stress bucket is filling up quickly, and I need to just focus on cardio and MA right now. Have a good one ya'll.

Thanks for the support everyone ... Dave I have not gotten the KB's yet. Its funny you mentioned that, I was thinking about it last night, there is a place not too far outside the city (you may have been the one who sent me the link, I'm not sure) but I am getting my car next week ... then I get the tredmil, and the Kettlebell ... then i workout at home. I have a feeling some of the fatique I'm feeling now will subside when I get more used to the hours I'm keeping at this job. I will just have to wait it out and see. In the mean time, I'll keep fighting the good fight. Thanks again, and pity watch out, I'm pretty sure monsta has a crushing grip hahaha.
