I'll give that a try dave, those things are killer, but I assume very benificial. I was a bit disapointed this morning, wt: was back up to 251.8lbs. This could be from a number of things, but I'm willing to bet my diet needs to be reworked. That and I skipped a few meals that I shouldnt have this week. Sometimes work gets so hectic that I miss breakfast, and thursday night I was so tired I fell asleep before I could eat dinner. My cals were in the dumper this week, so I'll try to correct it next week. I actually started the correction today already, had lunch here http://www.porcaous.com/newyork.html there is nothing like a brazilian steak house, if you've never been, you need to go. I'm going to do a full write up for www.thelocalspots.com next week.

I try not to disapoint pity ... I'll post up my diet for ya'll when I have some more time so you can help me out with some ideas. This week was rough, gaining because of not eating is the worst thing ever. Talo, thats one of the main reasons I started the site. nothing like a corporation that you can legitimately write off bar tabs and eating out man. One of the best business decisions I've ever made. Now If I can just get the site finished, and start making some money from it, now that will be perfect. by the by, I am always looking for good writers if anyone (Talo, pity ... I'm looking in your direction) would like to put together something for the site, I'd really love it. especially since our content in canada and the midwest is lacking. Shoot me a pm if your interested.

Hell yeah dave, Nothing like a never ending steak buffet ... Monday workout: floor press 5x5 alt up right row 5x5 front squat 5x6 alt double swings 5x6 windmills 2x5 (l,r) band work for shoulder rehab, 3x20 overhead pull down. I'm starting to like this a lot, altough some movements are extremely light with 30lb KB's, and others are kinda heavy. the windmills were much easier this time around, and it helps to do them in front of a mirror, you can keep your arms in more of a straight line on the way down. I have a feeling I'm going to be buying some more KB's in the next few months, I'm already getting the hankering to go heavier.

I figured I would throw up todays foods so everyone can have a look at my diet 8:30am - 6 scoops Xtend (21g BCAA) 10:30am - 6 egg omlet w/peppers, american cheese, and turkey bacon. 1:30pm - herb crusted chicken breast and collard greens 5:00pm - herb crusted chicken breast and collard greens 7:30pm - 6 scoops xtend with cardio workout 9:00pm - grilled shrimp over greens with light dressing fit day says Fat: 137 Carbs: 17 Protein: 271 I think thats a little off of course, fitday isnt perfect, but those are right around the numbers I'm shooting for. The last meal and xtend havent been taken yet, but you get the gist.

Good Question Talo The label reads: 1 serving = 2 scoops Vitamin B6 (as Pyroxidine HCI) 10mg 167% L-Leucine 3.5g L-Glutamine 2.5g L-Isoleucine 1.75g L-Valine 1.75g Citruline Malate 1g Thats 11.5g total, but i was only counting L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine as protien because those are the BCAAs. I know glutamine and citruline are amino's, but I'm not sure if they really count toward protien intake. There is no P/F/C break down on the label that I see.
