| Thursday workout: clean an press 5x5 alt bent over row 5x5 lunge 5x6 alt double snatch 5x6 turkish get ups 1x2 band pull over 3x20 alt forearm curls 3x20 The turkish get ups are getting better, but it was very tough after that workout. The entire thing took 30 minutes, but I was cutting my rest periods short to help build endurance. I got this cool forearm bar from www.monsterbars.com, I can barely type right now, and I only had a 5lb wt on the bar. I'll write up a full review after I've used it for a month or so, but its easy on my wrists so far which is awesome cause I've had several wrist injuries. |

| Thank you sir, I'm glad you posted widdoes, i almost forgot to update this today. so I came in at 250.5, a little over a lb lost this week. I'm still not very happy with it, but atleast its a step in the right direction. Whats odd is I feel much thinner then the last few weeks, I could poke two new holes in my belt if I wanted to. I'm going to make a few small adjustments to the diet and see how things look next week. I'll also be starting the cordyceps experiment, so that may help a bit too, we shall see. Have a great weekend everyone. |

I try to tell my wife (since she wants to lose weight/gain strength) to go more by how you feel, look in the mirror and how clothes fit versus being held captive to a scale as her body changes (has not worked yet). So, you are probably feeling thinner since your body comp has changed but the total weight is staying stable, all in all not a bad thing. Take care and enjoy the weekend. |

Just got to read this...makes sense to me, i went back a re-read the label and forgot about the citruline malate and glutamine... I love this product. I'm finishing up my second jug of watermellon and have green apple somewhere in the mail...Can't wait for the new flavor. | |

| let me know how the apple goes, I just got a small tub of orange to try it out, thought it would go good for the morning shake. Its not bad, you need to let it sit for a few minutes or its gritty for some reason, but I'm enjoying it so far. Its like waterdown hi-c orange drink. |
