Monsta, even if they did come up to complain, i wouldnt know what they were saying anyway. I dont speak spanish, and they dont speak english so no biggie either way.

yeah pitty, I finally made the move, now I gotta buy another 65lber so I can do squats with them, doing squats with 30's just isnt cutting it.

That much weight on a snatch movement is excellent I would say. I've tried them with a BB and I was doing like 65lbs total. lol

Thanks steve, I wasn't really sure I could do it. Being that I just really started doing snatches an all, but it worked out well. I need to start taking Cissus again, my joints feel like shit lately for some reason. I think that will help with these movements a lot, I got to the point where my writs and forearms were so fatiqued that I was afraid i would lose grip and drop the KB through the floor hahaha.

Hey Matt, how long does cissus take to kick in (if you feel a difference)?

IME 4-7 days or so before i really start to feel my joints being more lubricated Dan. I am unsure why, but for some reason they are just sore all the time now, I've had this problem before, it comes and goes. But I havent had this problem since i was bulking like a year and a half ago, so I'm not sure whats up. I've had this happen from ATD use before too, as it kills estrogen, it drys the joints up, but thats not the case here, as i'm only taking the following supps.

Whey
Xtend
Fish oil
sesamin
Cordeyceps

Wed:

*Note - I tried to do sots presses, and it didnt go well, I just dont have the flexibility to do those yet. I feel like I strained my neck and back a bit doing them, which kinda f'd up the rest of my workout. But i made a substitution for them after trying two sets and failing horribly.

seated alt press 4x5
alt
double bent over row 4x5

lunges 5x5
alt
single arm swings (l,r) 5x5

turkish get ups (l,r) 1x3

banded pull over 2x20
alt
forearm curls 2x20

this workout was extremely difficult, something just wasnt right after doing those sots press attempts. My neck and lower back still feel off a bit today. unfortunately i wont be able to get to the chiropractor till early next week though.

Edit: i forgot to mention this when I first posted, but my quads are killing me today. I usually do front lunges, but I decided to switch it up last night, and stepped back into them. Wow, do my legs feel sore today.

Friday:

floorpress 4x10
alt
double high pull 4x10

suitcase squats 4x10
alt
double swings 4x10

side press (l,r) 1x5

banded pull over 2x20
alt
forearm curls 2x20

Notes: I think I'm going to make this a light day all around, similar to how the starr 5x5 is set up. My joints are feeling a little better today, wierd though cause I havent started taking the cissus yet.

I completely forgot to post this

Monday:

Monday:

Double clean an press 6x5
alt
alt bent over row 6x5 (65lb)

Double Squat 4x5
alt
alt snatch 4x5 (65lb)

*Notes: I tweeked my lower back at some point durring the day, and it really put a damper on my workout. I had enough in the tank to go for a few more reps on squats and snatches, but my back tightened up and I didnt want to push my luck. Its nothing big, but i'm gong to the chiro today to get an adjustement, its been too long.

Funny you mention that, I just tweaked my back the other day. Hope everything works out.

Also I see that you posted a double clean and press with 65lbs. If that's not a typo, then good to hear that you got your KB's twin.
