| Decent workout tonight, started off with some stretching then some complexes, double snatch, press, squat for 3 sets of ten. Then on to band work for my shoulder, single are pull overs 3x20, and I was shadow boxing between sets which continued into about 10-15 minutes of that. I then ran through some old go ju katas that I for some reason remembered out of nowhere tonight, so I had to do them. I cooled down then with more stretching, and some supermans, and seal stretches. |

| I haven't updated this week because I have martial arts camp coming up this weekend. I have been running and stretching every day, but I haven't hit the weights at all. i dont want to be sore and tight this weekend. I will update with my weight and measurements in the fatloss thread tomorrow. I have a feeling I'm down again with all the cardio i've been doing, and the diet hasnt been bad either! |
