Thusday:

Squat 235x5,245x5,265x3
OHP 125x5,135x5,155x3
BB curls 75x8,85x8
Pull Down 180x8x2
tri push down 70x8x2
db pull over 15x10x3

Good workout, very pumped afterward. The tri push downs are so much less wieght because I had to use a different machine this time, one with less pulleys. It really didnt feel much different then last week. I added in pull downs at the doctors request, hopefully I'll be able to do pull ups again eventually.

Friday
25 minute fasted solid state cardio on the eliptical.

wt 256 this morning

I think the 4ad is finally kicking in, I can feel a slight agression boost, and definately more power in the gym. I also woke up about an hour early, so my recovery time and sleep needs are shortening also. I have a solid pump almost all day now, and my hunger is increasing.

Pity, I didnt get a chance to take it apart yet. I know its an easy fix, I just gotta get it done. Its not going to happen tonight either though, I have to prep for my interview tomorrow.

Anuj, na dude the shoulder is far from ok, I'm going to be visually deformed unless I decide to go with the surgery. But I think I can live with it looking like it does, if it means not having to go under the . The only thing the surgery would do is make it "look" normal, there is no way to know if it will help with strength or not, and no matter what, they say I'll have arthritis in it down the road.

thanks for answering my question, matt. the reason i asked is because i saw you bench pressing and it reminded me of this problem. so, my next question is: if your shoulder is visually deformed, how do you bench? does the bar tilt towards on direction or something? and same goes with overhead pressing..

Have you ever thought about accupunture ? Just asking because with my shoulder problem last yr I went to physio(4-5 weeks) and massage , but nothing seemed to work. ( I couldn't even turn the wheel in the truck with my right arm). 4 sessions of accupunture and it was all better. I'm sure it dosen't work for everyone, but it's something to think about before you get cut up.

Anuj/Hit, my shoulder injury is odd, my collar bone is no longer held in place, so its not attached to the shoulder where it is suppose to be. because of that, nothing in the area really works as it should anymore, everytime I lower the bar to bench it feels a little like my shoulder is seperating. It isnt painful persay, but it is unstable, and my strength is limited. Believe it or not doing milt presses are less of a problem then bench. Putting pressure straight down on the joint isnt a problem.

Talo, I have had several accupunture treatments for other things, and it helps a lot with certain things. For instance I had very bad headaches after a car accident, and it helped a lot. but for joint issues I'm not so sure, I will look into it though.

Thursdays workout:

squat 245x5,255x5,275x3
SOHP 135x5,145x5,165x0
bb curl 85x8x2
lat pull down 180x8x2
tri push down 80x8x2
db pull over 20x10x2

I was kinda pissed off that I failed on over head press but I may be pushing a little to hard to make progress. I am going to drop my increments on that to 5lbs per week and see if that helps. Everything esle is going well. Squats are coming up well, and I'm heading to the gym in a few to hit some deads which I have been neglecting.
